Euros and US Dollars are usually available within 1 working day, with other currencies usually available within 4 working days.

Planning ahead? Order online before you travel to secure our best available rate and give us time to have your currency ready for collection.

Higher value transactions:

Transactions over £2,500 up to £4,999.99

  • Proof of Identity: Passport, Driver’s licence, A National Identity Card.
  • Proof of Address: A copy of a Utility Bill, Correspondence from a Regulated Financial
  • Institution or a Government Department.
  • The reason for the transaction

Transactions over £5,000

  • Proof of Identity: Passport, Driver’s licence, A National Identity Card.
  • Proof of Address: A copy of a Utility Bill, Correspondence from a Regulated.
  • Financial Institution or a Government Department.
  • The reason for the transaction and source of funds

Acceptable proof of identity includes a passport, driving licence or National Identity Card. Proof of address can include a recent utility bill or correspondence from a regulated financial institution or government department.

Documents should be dated within the last three months.

What do I need to bring?

For all foreign currency transactions, we will collect your:

  • Membership number
  • Name
  • Address
  • Date of birth
